Nutritional Therapy For Early Years

These are the first steps to supporting a happy and healthy tot, or working towards a happier and healthier tot, should you be seeking ways to ease and alleviate health symptoms for your child.

Some of the most common conditions Nutritional Therapy can help with, and from my own personal experience, are skin conditions such as eczema, allergies, reflux, fussy feeders, weaning guidance and weight management. In addition Nutritional Therapy can help with asthma, colic, constant colds, constipation and runny stools, sleep problems and behavioural issues.

Our initial consultation can last anywhere between an hour to 90 minutes where we will talk about your wonderful child and discuss their family medical history, current diet and lifestyle. This will enable me to identify any nutritional deficiencies, help improve health symptoms and optimise good health.

Together we will work on health goals for your child and work out the best way you can follow a bespoke health plan that I will be creating over the next week…I know the challenges faced with being a parent so we need to ensure it works for both of you.

Nutritional Therapy cannot replace medical treatment but it can certainly compliment it. Consult your doctor or health care practitioner regarding any health problems before embarking on any new health regimes, or before making any changes in prescribed medications or food programs.

I currently offer home appointments if you live within a 10 mile radius of Shepperton or appointments via Skype, Facetime or phone.

Call or email me directly for any queries or to book an appointment.

Client Success Stories

I was very unsure of what foods to give my daughter when I first started weaning her. Seran was so helpful and told me when it was best to introduce things and also gave me tips for different foods I could give her to help provide more variety. She also helped me when I was worried about some dry skin on my daughters legs and recommended a cream to use which cleared it all up within days – thank you!

Thank you so much for everything you have done for our children. The children have quite simply loved you and have loved being in your class. As parents, we too have been delighted that you have taught our children. I don't think any of us could have asked for a better teacher and you have, without a doubt, given our children the best possible start to school life. Thank you.

Thank you for being such a wonderful teacher. Since moving from Asia, her days have been filled with great ideas and times in your very fun and endearing classroom. Thank you very much for opening up a whole new world and helping her be a happy girl. Please continue with passion and power.

Thank you so much for having given our son the gift of reading, and that of reading with pleasure. I had asked that you stretch him, and you have done that well beyond my expectations. We think that you are doing an outstanding job. We can see his progress in numbers too.

Adalyn, Richmond

Thank you so much for all of your energy and enthusiasm.
