A few of the great nutritional benefits from this super bumper berry smoothie

  • Vitamin C, K, E
  • Fiber
  • Manganese

Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup of blackberries
  • ¼ cup of raspberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 1 heaped tbsp grounded almonds
  • 1 cup of coconut milk

Directions

Whizz the berries, peeled kiwi, banana and coconut milk in a blender until smooth.
