After just one month of starting these unique classes, I was approached by local schools to run a yoga activity morning and a local after school club. The feedback has been wonderful and I am extremely excited to now offer local schools the following services:

  • Before or After School Clubs
  • Activity days
  • Workshops
  • Targeted Intervention Support
  • Inset Day Training for teachers

We pride ourselves on providing a foundation for children to prosper and learn essential life skills, to help manage their emotional wellness, and boost their mental and physical health. Each class includes elements of relaxation and mindfulness techniques, and skills that can be used to help manage stress, anxiety and improve focus and concentration. During each class, we aim to instil positive qualities of kindness, gratitude, resilience, self-confidence, respect and happiness.

Research suggests that yoga improves children’s physical and mental wellbeing. When children are happy and healthy, they will naturally learn more effectively, which means that yoga and wellbeing classes make a valuable addition to the school routine. Here are some of the benefits that yoga can offer children:
